Product is great. had used it earlier hence ordered a second one. However the choice of Blue Dart was a bad one. Besides being such an expensive choice (where one third of what I paid was for courier charges) they are high handed with individual deliveries to homes always. Blue Dart's iterest is only in large companies. They always claim they could not deliver because could not reach. This time too the delivery man called but I was on a webinar through the time he wanted to deliver and he just went back. When I called he said he will deliver again but could not give me any time period. Again he called when I was mid meeting. So are we supposed to just keep waiting for their calls with no time frame? Being our need since the item has been paid for in advance, we need to tolerate their arrogance. Pl don't use such expensive courier services which are so high handed too.
