We are aware that entire country is locked down due to COVID-19 pandemic. Most of the operations are severely affected including courier services. From May 4th, lockdown is somehow relaxed for few services. But, still our courier partners finding difficulties in delivering the products at your door-step. Delivery is still restricted in many parts of the country. Most of the flights are cancelled. So, courier companies using surface transports which will take longer time, in turn delivery timelines become longer than usual. Request your patience till the situation gets normal. If you're going to buy any products in our website, note this delay and buy accordingly.

• We accept returns / replacements if you are not satisfied with your purchase if informed us within 2 days of delivery. 
• No returns / refunds for Mobile phones, Only replacement is possible within the timeline mentioned in each product.
• Manufacturer warranty products to be claimed directly from the Brand Service centers.

• Contact us thru email (care@dealsplant.com) and explain the return / replacement reasons
• Provide additional supporting documents in the same mail such as photos of the problem.
• Our Team will evaluate the issue & accept your request. Or will ask more details before rejecting.
• You will receive detailed email to return the product to us.

• Usually, replacements are processed same day / next day of the returns received
• Any delay in this will be communicated to you thru email
• Shipping details will be given once the replacement product is shipped.

• We will initiate refund on the same day / next day of the return product delivery.
• Refund will be  in the original mode of payment.
• Email confirmation with refund screenshot will be shared.
• It takes upto 7 working days to credit in your account
• You can directly contact your banker if not credited within 7 days.

• Orders can be cancelled before it's processed.
• Orders can't be cancelled once processed & shipped.
• No cancellation fee for the orders below Rs.1000
• Cancellation & Re-stocking fees applicable for the orders Rs.1001 & above.

• All other products are delivered from 2 days to 5 working days depends on the location (Standard shipping)
• Batteries & Heavy products are delivered from 3 days to 10 working days depends on the location (Surface shipping)

• Unfortunately if any product is out of stock and needs more time to get in stock, we will notify thru email.
