We use top class courier services to deliver your orders. The courier company is auto assigned based on your PIN code, product type & weight
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days for all products except batteries & heavy items. For batteries / heavy items, delivery time is 2 to 12 days.
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail.
However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
In general, most orders are shipped within 24hrs (except Holidays) to 48hrs. We will notify customers thru E-mail with tracking details. You will receive an email with the subject "your order is on the way". You can track the parcel thru the "Track Order" button visible in the same email.
We maintain enough stocks for most of the products to ship the orders fast. However, there might be some delays for the products which are slow moving (less selling) / slow supply / against order products. In such scenario we inform the customers about the delay. If it's going to be delayed more than 7 days from the order date, we will refund the amount after 7 days.
Status updates will be sent in every stages (Shipped, in transit, out for delivery, etc) of shipment thru E-mail
You can contact us after 7 working days if the product not delivered.
