Terms & Conditions for Return / Replacement / Refund

  • All products that are carrying manufacturer warranty for which no returns are accepted.
  • Some products can't be returned such as Mobile phones, Power Cables, Batteries, Personal Care products, Car Care products, Consumables, Food products, Medicines, low cost products, etc. 
  • Dead On Arrival should be claimed within 48hrs of delivery. If any delay in this DOA may not be accepted. For the mobile phones / tablets / laptops which comes with manufacturer warranty, DOA certificate is mandatory from the brand's service center.
  • If wrong product ordered by customer / no fault from dealsplant & customer want to return the product, it should be claimed within 48hrs thru Returns panel. We will refund the amount after deducting shipping expenses. If need reverse pickup, it can be arranged. And this reverse pick up amount also will be deducted from the refund.
  • Returned product should be intact with all accessories / manuals and original box / packing. Returns / replacement is decided on item condition Only. Return / Replacement will be rejected if physical damages caused by customers / missing accessories, manuals / not in the same condition as sent.
  • Reverse Pickup will be arranged if your PIN code is supported by our courier partner.
  • If reverse pickup service is not available at customer location, then return shipping to be arranged by customer. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed in the form of redemption coupons, no cash refunds allowed. Coupon value is Max up to Rs.100 or actual whichever is lower - if the fault is from dealsplant side.
  • Refund is subject to restocking fee. Return request with no proper explanations / proofs will be rejected. Customers can select options at the time of return request for Replacement / Gift coupons for the order value / Refund thru original mode of payment. Dealsplant's decision is final.
